ASC Construction Equipment has recently held several open house events at new and remodeled branch locations.

Savannah, Georgia, was the location for our first open house event of 2006.  Our Savannah branch location had recently been remodeled and we wanted to bring in our customers to see the changes and updates we’d made to the interior and exterior of the building.  Customers were invited in early for coffee and donuts, and to browse the parts and service facilities.  A lunch buffet of barbequed pork and chicken was served with all the trimmings.  The ASC Compact equipment line was set up for ride and drive demos, so that customer could spend some time in the machines.  The newest Volvo Crawler Excavator released, the EC700 was on display with a 6 yard bucket.

Our second open house was held in Greenville, South Carolina.  The Greenville branch is a new location for ASC.  It was opened in December 2005.  This event was a great success for us with our new customers in the area.  Everyone that attended was given a gift bag and asked to register for additional door prizes that were given out later in the day.  With the Greenville branch still being new, our customers were given tours of the facility and given the opportunity to operate some of the compact equipment.

Our most recent open house was held in Huntsville, Alabama.  The Huntsville group currently holds the record for most attendees at an open house.  One of the local salesmen, Bob Winnette, was our “Grill Master” for the event.  Bob brought in his personal smoker grill and served some great chicken, ribs, pork chops and duck.  Evidently Bob is legendary in the Huntsville area and can draw a crowd on his grilling skills alone.  As at previous events, customers were given tours of the new Huntsville facility and given the opportunity to operate some of the compact equipment.

We always enjoy the opportunity to meet our customers face to face and show them how committed ASC is to our goal of becoming the benchmark by which all other construction equipment dealerships are measured.  We look forward to continuing to serve all of our customers with the quality and care they deserve.
