Volvo Bus Finland Oy is a bus body building company with more than 60 years experience in bus body assembly.  Manufacturing facilities are situated in Tampere and Lieto. The company is owned by AB Volvo and belongs to Volvo Bus Corporation.

During the long manufacturing history,  a great amount of body building skills - both engineering resources and manufacturing ability -  has collected in the factories. This experience is now used for manufacturing the Volvo 8700 buses and Volvo 9700 coaches  in different modifications.    

The basis for the success of Volvo bodies made in Finland is using stainless steel as material.
