The new interior offers considerable flexibility and can be equipped with features such as tinted side windows, comfortable wall-mounted seats and a powerful climate unit. The body is reinforced along the sides and at the front.
A low, flat floor entirely free from steps ensures rapid and convenient passenger movement inside and short standstills at bus stops.
The ergonomically designed driver's compartment can be specified to suit individual requirements, with features such as a flexible new steering wheel adjustment system. A new engine optimised for city operation combines excellent performance with low fuel consumption and high operating reliability.
The Volvo 7700 is extremely flexible and is also available as an articulated bus (18m). It can also be operated using natural gas or biogas.
