The Environment seminar was held at Bangalore on 4th February and at New Delhi on 6th February.

This seminar was organised to bring togather varied view points from the point of manufacturers, authorities, academicians, public and research agents, on the environmental issue - highlighting the problems we face and some of the solutions at hand to tackle the issue. These seminars succesfully brought out  the opinions and experiences of various experts  from India and Europe, on exemplary practices that could fuel our drive to ensure a green future  for the transport sector.

Presentations were made on various current issues, like Role of environment in transport, environmental challenges of the word, Megacity air pollution studies, women's rule towards a sustainable society, personal mobility, climate change, public policies, alternative fuels, hybrid vehicles and transport system - integrations. The seminar ended with a dinner gathering for all the delegates.
