All departments which work with product development, production, sales and service at Volvo Buses have been certified or are in the process of becoming certified according to ISO 9001.

Volvo Buses also applies the TQM (Total Quality Management) guidelines and values for quality work which have been drawn up by SIQ, the Swedish Institute for Quality.
