DRIVING INSTRUCTORS

Instructor with the ability to convey knowledge on the functioning and operation of Volvo Buses components in order to improve efficiency and safety.

Objective:

At the end of this training course participants will be able to deliver the Volvo Buses driving training.

Participants Profile

Instructor accredited by his/her company with basic automotive electrical and mechanical knowledge. Number of participants for this training course: 4 maximum.

Day 1
Instructors and participants introduction. Course objective and agenda I. Presentation of Volvo products. II. Drive line. 8:30 to 10:451. Equipment: Slide or OH projector, flip chart, Volvo Bus.
Coffee Brake.10:45 to 11:00
I. Instruments panel and controls. IV. Body equipment functions.11:00 to 13:30 2. Literature: Operation Manual and Operation Manual Complement and binder for driver
Lunch.13:30 to 14:00
V. Daily checks (start-up and driving). 14:00 to 15:45
Coffee Brake. 15:45 to 16:00
VI. Emergency situations. (Bus towing). 16:00 to 17:30
Day 2
VII. Economy driving on highways. 8:30 to 17:30
Day 3
VIII. Didactic material preparation. IX. Participants’ presentation. X. Evaluation.8:30 to 17:30
