IMPACT

IMPACT user:

Maintenance and/or parts technician with the ability to use the Impact system.

Objective:

At the end of this training course participants will be able to search parts and service information of any Volvo vehicle through the IMPACT system.

Participants Profile

Computing knowledge and minimum 2 years of experience as workshop or store supervisor or similar. Number of participants for this training course: 6 maximum.
