Articulated Haulers

• Replace Engine w/VOLVO remanufactured engine, including new mounts, intakes, fuel lines, clean/replace charge air cooler if necessary
• Replace Transmission w/VOLVO remanufactured transmission, including coolers
• Replace Transfer Gearbox (Drop Box) w/VOLVO remanufactured unit and replace mounts
• Pump drive/PTO: inspect & replace bearings, seals & drive flexplate
• Radiator: clean & presure test, replace coolant hoses
• Final Drives will go through a re-bearing & reseal process: replace all bearing cups & cones; all needle bearings & bushings, all seals & gaskets 
• Differentials: perform a thorough re-bearing and reseal process - replace all bearing cups and cones, replace all seals and gaskets
• Brakes:
  • Parking: replace pads, reseal
  • Wet or dry: inspect condition, quote repairs if needed
• Drive Shafts: replace u-joints, prop shafts to be high speed balanced
  • Intermediate shaft: replace bearings & reseal
  • Axle shafts: inspect
• Replace operator seat & seat belts
• Clean, paint and decal machine
• Replace all filters and fluid

Plus items found during inspection or tear down that are found to be in need of repair/replacement and agreed to repair or replace by customer. The customer will determine which systems to include in the refurbishment & which to omit.

Warranty

• 1 year/2500 hours (whichever occurs 1st) on Reman components and replaced drive train specific parts/components 
• 1 year/1500 hours on OEM parts replaced (whichever occurs 1st)
