Every charity needs donations. Color For A Cause© is a public service project of Volvo Rents construction equipment rental stores designed to serve that purpose. Volvo Rents stores are painting their machinery with the color of their chosen charity and donating a percentage of that machine’s rentals to the charity.
What initially began as the “Pink Boom” project in support of breast cancer associations has expanded to include a host of equipment and a rainbow of colors. Currently our stores are donating to a variety of charities in their respective markets.
The charities and correlating colors include:

Cause: Support our Troops
Color: Pink
Cause: Breast Cancer
Color: Light Blue
Cause: Prostate Cancer, Trisomy 18

Color: Green & Blue
Cause: Environment
Color: Deep Orange
Cause: Hunger Awareness
Color: Purple
Cause: Animal Abuse, Crohn’s Disease, Lupus, Childhood Disabilities
So the next time you see a pink boom or an orange excavator in your community, you’ll know that it’s the work of your neighborhood Volvo Rents store – giving back.
