Volvo Certified Generation 2 Pre-Owned

 

  • What is it? – A dealer program to ensure standards are met for pre-owned machines.
  • Before a Volvo can be approved for Gen 2 certification, machines are tested and refurbished with new and original Volvo parts and components.
  • Limited warranty available through the Volvo dealer – if the unit qualifies.
  • Volvo Construction Equipment North America will maintain the certification registration status of each machine submitted for Volvo
    Generation 2.

Quality Reborn - Reconditioned

 

  • Cosmetics, minor/major repairs and maintenance performed.
  • Replace worn items per the Quality Reborn guidelines to ensure operational condition.
  • Maintenance interval performed to levels required as well as major safety items reviewed.
  • 180-day warranty on major components parts and labor, excluding the engine. Extended warranty optional and available at an additional charge.
  • Customer-requested repairs, upgrades, etc. are available at additional cost. 
     

Job Ready - Refurbished

 

  • Minor repairs and maintenance performed to put into reasonable operating condition.
  • Machinery in operational condition and major safety items reviewed.
  • Limited warranty on major parts and components only, excluding the engine. Extended warranty optional and is available at additional charge.
  • Customer-requested repairs, upgrades, etc., are available at additional cost.

As Is

  • No warranty.
  • Equipment with all faults and should be reviewed by purchaser.
  • Machine is in condition presented.
  • Generally running condition unless described otherwise.
  • No significant work done or value added to equipment.
  • Includes Lot purchases or competitor equipment.
