Volvo Trucks UK has announced that Crossroads Truck & Bus Limited have been awarded the Top Dealer Team for 2007. This is a very prestigious award and Crossroads faced severe competition from the other dealers within the Volvo network. This is the highest accolade that can be awarded to any dealer.

With the launch of the Green Team & GVS (Genuine Volvo Service) we have already made significant improvements in the reduction of MoT “no shows”, parts are being pre-picked and the level of customer satisfaction is improving all the time, however we need to continue to drive forward throughout 2008 to ensure all of our customers receive a value for money service. We need to continue to drive through the flow of the 3C sheets and job card information to ensure that the customer receives their invoice in a timely and accurate manner.
