2008-02-15 Volvo Truck and Bus Centre Scotland Keeping Customers on the Road and not at the side of it

Volvo Scotland have put the emergency back into our breakdown service by smashing our own target of reducing average total repair time.  During 2007, we attended 1595 emergency call outs and successfully reduced the overall average repair time by 18%, which meant that on average, customers were back on the road around 1 hour quicker in 2007 than 2006 despite an increase of 25% in jobs attended.

Outstanding performance puts Volvo Truck and Bus Centre Scotland at the top of the Volvo network in the UK in terms of repair completion time, job acceptance and keeping customers updated throughout the repair.
