Our four customer support agreements - White Agreement, Blue Agreement, Silver Agreement and Gold Agreement - are all flexible with regards to content and cover everything from inspections of your machine to us assuming full responsibility for maintenance and repairs at a fixed cost.

This means, regardless of what your business looks like and how it changes over time, that you as machine owner can avoid unplanned downtime and thus unexpected costs. And, this also means that you as machine owner are assured of maximum profitability.
