The Shanghai Quality Award recognizes enterprises that have achieved outstanding performances in the field of quality management. It is assessed by the Shanghai Quality Association in compliance with the Chinese Criteria for Excellent Performance and National Standards. After a review process that took many months, Volvo Construction Equipment China, together with eight other companies, successfully completed the final assessment and was granted the recognition by the SQA.

Benoit Rimaz, Vice President and General Manager of Volvo’s Shanghai operations said: “We have always had a strong focus on quality in our bid towards operational excellence.
