Due to their flexibility, maneuverability, and the unique Torque Parallel lift arm system, Volvo Wheel Loaders are ideal for working with fork attachments.  In material handling/industrial applications like warehouses and harbors, or on construction building sites, Volvo’s wide range of fork attachments help make maximum use of available space. 
 
And because Volvo develops its fork attachments together with its wheel loaders, you are able to take full advantage of machine features especially important in fork handling applications, such as parallel lift, long reach, high lift height, excellent visibility and stable operation.  All fork frames and pallet forks are made from high-grade steel and are able to withstand the full lifting capacity of the machine with excess margin.

  • Pallet Fork Frame is for use in most material handling applications when combined with fork tines.  It is optimized for excellent visibility, giving the operator a clear view of the load being handled.  Frame width 1 500 – 2 260 mm (4 ft 11 in – 7 ft 4 in) (Available for Models L50E, L60E, L70E, L90E, L110E, L120E, L150E, L180E, L220E)
      
  • Fork Frame Backrest is used in combination with the pallet fork frame for higher stacking of palletized goods, such as lumber packages.  The extra support provides better stability and easier handling.  Backrest height 2 150 mm (7 ft 1 in) (Available for Models L50E, L60E, L70E, L90E, L110E, L120E)
      
  • Straight Fork Tines are designed for higher breakout forces and optimized digging depth.  They are to be used in combination with the pallet fork frame and are easily adjustable to fit varying widths for different jobs.  Tine length 1 200 – 1 825 mm (3 ft 11 in – 6 ft 0 in) (Available for Models L50E, L60E, L70E, L90E, L110E, L120E, L150E, L180E, L220E)
     
  • Visibility Optimized Fork Tines are offset, giving the operator a clear view to the ends of the tines.  These tines are especially useful when there is a high demand for precision, control and high productivity.  To be combined with the pallet fork frame.  Note: Due to the offset design, two different tines are required, one for the left side and one for the right side.  Tine length 1 200 – 1 450 mm (3 ft 11 in – 4 ft 8 in) (Available for Models L50E, L60E, L70E, L90E, L110E, L120E)
  • Lumber Fork Tines are wider but thinner than standard straight or offset fork tines.  They are specially designed for easily handling finished lumber packages.  The thin profile simplifies loading and stacking while the wider tine provides better stability.  They are to be combined with the pallet fork frame and are available in either the straight or visibility optimized profile.  Tine length 1 200 mm (3 ft 11 in) (Available for Models L50E, L60E, L70E, L90E, L110E, L120E)

  • Fork Tine Extensions slide over the existing straight or visibility optimized fork tines for additional tine length.  They are intended for handling bulky but light materials.  Tine length 2 500 mm (8 ft 2 in) (Available for Models L50E, L60E, L70E, L90E, L110E, L120E).

  • Fork Frame with Side Shift Positioner and Side Shift Tines are ideal for jobs where the width of the load constantly changes.  The tines are hydraulically adjusted from the comfort of the cab to fit the width of the load.  Note: Requires 3rd and 4th hydraulic functions.  Frame width 1 500 – 2 000 mm (4 ft 11 in – 6 ft 7 in).  Tine length 1 200 – 1 450 mm (3 ft 11 in – 4 ft 8 in) (Available for Models L50E, L60E, L70E, L90E, L110E, L120E)

  • Combi-fork with Top Clamp is especially useful for handling palletized goods or roundwood in applications where the load must be secured.  To be combined with straight or visibility optimized fork tines.  Note: Requires 3rd hydraulic function.  Area 1,1 – 1,5 m2 (11,8 – 16,1 yd2) (Available for Models L50E, L60E, L70E, L90E, L110E, L120E)
