The purchase was announced in a statement by Al Richer, Chairman, Arnold Machinery Company. The customers served by the former VCES operation in Phoenix will now become part of Arnold Machinery Company’s branch network. |

| Rudd Equipment Company, the authorized Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) dealer for all or part of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, has reached an agreement with Volvo CE to assume the sales and marketing of Volvo road machinery products at its branches in Charleston, West Virginia, and also in Pittsburgh and Clearfield, Pennsylvania. These branches have, for many years, provided sales and service of Volvo’s general purpose construction and compact equipment. The road machinery product line will include soil and asphalt compaction, Blaw-Knox and ABG paving, and milling and road maintenance equipment. |
