Flagler Construction Equipment, LLC. is proud to announce that we have won the coveted Volvo Construction Equipment Circle of Excellence Award for Customer Support! This marks the third consecutive year that Flagler has won the award for highest level of Customer Support among all Volvo Construction Equipment dealers in North America. The Circle of Excellence Award for Customer Support takes into consideration both customer satisfaction and customer support after a machine sale. The criteria for the award places emphasis on the following: service technician training, parts technician training, over-the-counter parts availability, service capabilities, and overall facilities.
President Chris Wilmot had the following to say after receiving the award:
“To be recognized for the third consecutive year gives us reassurance that we have been successful in our efforts to improve our product support. Since we purchased the Florida operations of LB Smith in 2004 and became Flagler, it has been our #1 goal to continuously improve our customer support functions. That is why we have invested so much of the company’s money on a brand new fleet of service trucks, new parts depot facilities in St. Lucie and Ocala, and to provide continuing education for our technicians. I feel confident in the direction that we are moving and also that when a customer invests in a Volvo machine, Flagler will be there alongside to keep that machine running. We have made that investment and to win this award tells me that we are doing things the right way.”
