This marks the third consecutive year that Flagler has won the award for highest level of Customer Support among all Volvo Construction Equipment dealers in North America. The Circle of Excellence Award for Customer Support takes into consideration both customer satisfaction and customer support after a machine sale. The criteria for the award places emphasis on the following: service technician training, parts technician training, over-the-counter parts availability, service capabilities, and overall facilities.
Flagler’s goals have always been the same, since the acquisition of LB Smith’s Florida operations. Included in these goals are phrases such as: "be fully committed", "commit to continuous improvement" and "solve problems and avoid surprises". These goals speak to the service side of the business, an area that has seen tremendous investment and improvement in the past 5 years.
