1. How did you come to join the Volvo Group?
I’ve been visiting one of the Renault-Trucks factories, when I was studying at the engineer’s school. I’ve been extremely interested when it came to the product itself and also impressed by the production facilities. A few years later, I had an opportunity to join the group as Project leader for the implementation of a new cab. I was a huge challenge for a young manager and I said : “Yes !”

I started in 1995, as Project leader (Midlum Cab) and Method Department manager in the Blainville cabs Factory.
