The Volvo Group values diversity as a key factor that underpins our current and future business success. Thus, fostering diversity is an important and explicit element in our corporate strategy, in line with our basic group values as they are set out in The Volvo Way.

The Volvo Way summarizes our values, our corporate culture and the basic principles that should guide us in our work. Our values summarize what we stand for and the focus we have. Much of what make us special, who we are compared to other companies, lies in the culture of the company. This document establishes the basic value of Respect for the Individual, which is the foundation necessary to build an inclusive and respectful work environment. It is upon this foundation that the Volvo Group Diversity Initiative is built.
