How did you come to join the Volvo Group?
After I graduated from the university I wanted to work in a well known international company. For that reason I applied to the Volvo Group in Turkey at the import department. My actual wish was to work with a job related to sales. After I started to work at the import department VCE gave me this opportunity within the organization 

Tell us about you current role and its main responsibilities.
I am Area Customer Support Manager for Turkey. I am responsible for all customer support activities in Turkey (spare parts & service business)

Have you had other roles and assignments in the Group? What would you like to do in the future in the Group?
I started to work at the Import Department at VCE. After one year I started to work in Customer Support Department as a parts sales representative. After 2 years I was promoted to parts sales and marketing assistant manager. I worked two years in this position and after that I was promoted as national parts sales manager. In conclusion I have been working as Area Customer Support Manager since 4 months. In the future I am planning to work in different countries in Customer support Business or Machine sales in Volvo Group.(CE)

How would you describe the culture of Volvo Group? ( i.e. what do you think is distinctive about how we do things in Volvo Group ?)
If I choose one sentence for this question: If you set a career target in Volvo Group and if you work for this target; I know that in one day the Volvo Group will give this opportunity to me.

Why do you think someone should consider working for a Volvo Group company?
Because the Volvo Group is  a very dynamic and employee oriented company. The Volvo Group is a perfect company for people who is planning his or her career. It is very dynamic and has lots of opportunities to work in different positions and environments. Also the Volvo Group always encourages  and  leads it employees in making career planning.
