What are the basic requirements for applying to the programme?

• University degree, preferably bachelor or masters in engineering science, computer science, business administration or logistics (depending on position)
• Good spoken and written English skills – additional languages are a merit
• Endurance, drive and a holistic view
• Well developed interpersonal skills
• An aptitude for learning and a drive to improve
• Strong communication skills
• Management abilities/potential

You will also need a valid work permit for the country in which you will be employed.
