» Volvo Trucks in India has secured an order for 125 trucks. It is the company’s largest order since being established in the country.

Investment in Volvo’s fuel-cell technology to create 100 new positions
» In partnership with international corporations Midroc and OCAS, the Swedish Energy Agency and the Volvo Group are investing SEK 200 M in Volvo’s development of fuel cells. The investment will create around 100 new positions in the Gothenburg region within the next three years.

Volvo Aero Norway signs agreement with Snecma, Safran group concerning continued cooperation on CFM56
» In conjunction with the international Paris Air Show, Volvo Aero and the French engine manufacturer Snecma signed an agreement stating that Volvo Aero Norway will supply components for the new, enhanced engine for the Boeing 737 aircraft, the CFM56-7BE. As Snecma is Volvo Aero Norway’s single largest customer, this agreement is of great importance to Volvo Aero Norway.
