AB Volvo’s Board of Directors consists of nine members elected by the Annual General Meeting. In addition, the Board has three members and two deputy members appointed by employee organizations.
The CEO, Leif Johansson, is a member of the Board. The Group's legal counsel, Eva Persson, is the Board's secretary. During 2008, six regular meetings, one statutory and one extraordinary meeting were held.
