"Our starting point is that this is urgent, but there are difficult issues that require political decisions on many levels and major industrial investments. It takes time to build up large-scale production and distribution of alternative fuels.

We do not know either how external factors, for example, oil prices and climatic changes will be affected. But it will probably take 15–20 years to properly change our usage of fossil fuels."
