Reports from the ITS World Congress
The Volvo Group attended the 16th World Congress on ITS – Intelligent Transport Systems and Services – in Stockholm. The theme of the event was ‘ITS in Daily Life’, exploring how ITS can improve everyday mobility.

This annual event is often where the transport technology we use tomorrow is launched. For example, cruise control and GPS appeared at the first ITS Congress back in 1994 and is today a common vehicle feature which we take for granted.
