Our assignment is to secure an optimized process for exploitation and development of land and real estate. This can be done either on our own or in joint-ventures with external companies.
Furthermore we shall be able to offer the BA´s real estate management for production facilities owned by the BA´s. Our customer might also be an external company. We shall always be competitive when compared to marked terms.

Company Management
Our mission in this field is always to increase the value of land or real estate through exploitation and development. We can do this on our own or in a joint-venture.
Real Estate Management External
Our assignment at production facilities, owned by the BA´s, is to offer real estate management services. Our mission is to deliver services of high quality at market terms. Our experience, knowledge and ability to create synergies shall add value in order to secure customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
We can also offer external customers real estate management but only when of strategic interest to the Volvo Group.
Coordination of premises in Gothenburg
We are responsible for optimizing the use of all offices, production plants and warehouses within Gothenburg. The cost for internal movements is to be minimized and we offer help to reach this goal by being a speaking-partner and coordinator in these matters.
