Knut Frostad new CEO of Volvo Ocean Race
Norway’s Knut Frostad has been appointed as Chief Executive of the Volvo Ocean Race. Frostad, who has taken part in the Whitbread/Volvo Ocean Race four times, will take up his position on 3 March.

Volvo IT official IT supplier for the 2008-09 race
It will be the second consecutive race that Volvo IT has linked up with the prestigious event having provided IT solutions in 2005-06.

Stockholm final stop-over
Stockholm has been confirmed as the final stopover for the 2008-09 race prior to the finish in St Petersburg in July next year. During the stopover, from June 16-25, Stockholm will also host an in-port race and a pro-am event in its famous archipelago. Corporate news.
