Sport and culture have been the focus of the Volvo Group’s sponsorship since the 1970s
The activities that the Volvo Group chooses to sponsor have points of reference with our customer groups. The goal of sponsorship is to create deeper relationships with our customers and to strengthen the Volvo Group’s brand.
Volvo currently has a couple of long-term sponsorship commitments: Volvo Ocean Race, Volvo golf tournaments and cultural events such as Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and the Göteborg Opera.
