Local country sites


Since 2006, we have launched a couple of local Group sites. This to enable interactions and communications with local target Groups.

Besides our Swedish site, we have now successfully  launched local sites for  China , Poland  and Belgium. The purposes with local Group sites is to enable adapted communication with local target groups and provide one point of entry on the Internet to the Group’s offerings and values on country and market level.

All sites are built on Volvo Group’s common web communication platform. The local organisations own respective site including continuous content updates. Maintenance of global Group content is supported by Online Communications at Volvo Group Headquarters.


Additional local Volvo Group Internet sites will be rolled out successively. Next to launch is Korea and Brasil among others. Overall target groups for these sites are for example customers, dealers, authorities and job seekers.

Depending the strategy and direction for Volvo Group’s presence on a specific market, the focus of its site is determined by the local site organisation.
