Heads turned last Friday when an unusual delivery took place through busy Stockholm streets as the latest Ericsson Volvo Open 70 yacht was hauled by Volvo Trucks’ new flagship Volvo FH16.

World championship in workshop expertise attracts record number of participants
The starter’s signal is now going for the world’s largest competition for service and workshop personnel. Organiser Volvo Trucks hopes for record participation. Last time the competition attracted more than 12,000 participants from about 70 countries.

Volvo Trucks opens new service facility in Serbia
In response to growing transport needs Volvo Trucks opened a large service facility in Belgrade, Serbia, last month. 2007 was a record year for Volvo Trucks in the Serbian market. The truck deliveries more than doubled compared to the previous year.
