Volvo Trucks and Yara International assure availability of AdBlue through agreement
As part of the strategy to meet future environmental requirements as early as this year, Volvo Trucks and the chemical producer Yara Australia Pty Ltd (a division of Yara International) have reached an agreement that supports Volvo customers across Australia with the availability of AdBlue. Through the agreement Volvo will offer efficient and continuous delivery of AdBlue and all of the equipment required for filling and storage. This will be achieved using Volvo’s nation wide dealer network.

Volvo displays carbon dioxide-free trucks
The Volvo Group is the first vehicle manufacturer to produce seven demonstration trucks that can all be driven without emitting any environmentally harmful carbon dioxide. These trucks were exhibited for the first time recently in Stockholm and are equipped with diesel engines that have been modified to operate on seven different types of renewable liquid and gaseous fuels. “Volvo is part of the climate problem, but today we have shown that carbon-dioxide free transports are a possibility and that we as a vehicle manufacturer both can and will be part of the solution to the climate issue,” says Leif Johansson, CEO of the Volvo Group.
