The driver or owner communicates directly with a Volvo Action Service technician who will diagnose any problems that arise and help prevent or minimize downtime. Volvo Action Service will schedule planned downtime and use the truck’s fault code history to recommend repairs—often before the truck arrives at the dealership for service.

Every week, Volvo Link Sentry transmits data about your truck’s Volvo Enhanced Stability Technology system and antilock brake system. You’ll be able to see how well your trucks and drivers are performing. Valuable summaries of fuel usage under different driving conditions are brought to your desktop weekly.
