| A new program from Volvo Trucks North America means customers can concentrate on hauling freight, instead of paying for it when they need a repair. As part of its commitment to deliver the best customer support in the industry, Volvo has eliminated freight charges in most cases for shipments of emergency replacement parts from its parts distribution centers (PDCs). The new program took effect in the U.S. in mid-January and becomes effective in Canada at the end of March. |
