The GO Program refers to an overhaul performed by certified Volvo technicians using Genuine Volvo Parts. A Volvo dealer can perform the complete overhaul, restoring your engine to like-new condition.
Depending on your mileage and application, you’re likely to need different things attended to. We offer two Guaranteed Overhaul programs, each offering performance improvement results:
- LIGHT OVERHAUL: If your mileage is low and you’re not experiencing any big problems, a Light Guaranteed Overhaul will increase engine efficiency and power. We’ll rebuild the engine, keeping the original cylinder head.
- COMPLETE OVERHAUL: With mileage over 500,000 miles, or a major failure, a Complete Guaranteed Overhaul is the solution. We’ll rebuild the engine and replace the cylinder head.
The overhaul itself is backed with 12-month, 100,000-mile warranty, or an optional 2-year, 250,000-mile warranty. All Genuine Volvo Parts come with a 12-month, 100,000-mile warranty. Volvo has the needed parts for your overhaul. Contact your local Volvo dealer for more details.
If you require only parts, Volvo also offers two overhaul parts programs: Light and Complete Overhaul. Both kits include all the replacement parts necessary for you to perform a proper overhaul.
Volvo Replacement Engines
Volvo offers different stages of replacement engines to meet your needs:
- Volvo original equipment replacement engines come complete and ready to install. These engines are a direct replacement of your original engine.
Replacement engines are dynamometer-tested to meet Volvo’s high-quality standards for performance and customer satisfaction. Each replacement engine is also backed by a 12-month, 100,000-mile warranty.
