With podcasts, you’re in control. Here’s how to listen to each show, or download shows to your M3P player for listening on the go:

1: Listen now. Simply click the Play button for the show you want to hear.

2: Subscribe to receive free, upcoming “ON THE GO” podcasts using iTunes. Click here, and iTunes will automatically download new episodes to your computer.

3: Click Download to transfer a show now as an MP3 file. Listen at your convenience on your computer or portable MP3 player.

4: Want to find new podcasts as soon as they're posted?  All you need is a free subscription to an RSS reader that you can easliy install on your web browser.  Click here to start!
