Sales Manager


Volvo Truck Slovak is one of the key markets within region CEE for Volvo Truck Corporation. Currently we are making huge investments in our dealer & service network, the first phase of those shall be ready by end of 2010. We now seek the future leaders that are to lead & develop our operations in the future.

 
Place of work:

  • Based in our Volvo Truck Center in Senec; covering whole Slovakia

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Management
  • Prove leadership & ability to drive sales teams
  • Truck or Automotive experience is an advantage, but not a must
  • Strong understanding of customer and market requirements & dynamics
  • Great Negotiation & Presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel - in Slovakia & abroad
  • Fluent in Slovak & English (spoken and written)

Main Responsibilities:

  • The overall responsibility for sales of trucks & related services according to set targets for volumes, models & margins in Slovakia
  • Responsible for the performance & development of the sales rep`s
  • Preparing & initiating action plans by individuals & teams for finding new leads & prospects
  • Assist in developing effective marketing plans in cooperation with MarCom
  • Member of the Volvo Truck Slovak Management Team & CEE Sales Leader Team
  • Responsibility for management & development of the sales operations by ensuring continous process, people & competence development among the personnel and a high employee satisfaction
  • Creating a culture of continous drive to improve
