Globetrotter XL cab

The Globetrotter XL cab offers enhanced height, space and increased comfort. Lots of storage room, plus headroom, makes it easy to move around in the cab and two people can sleep comfortably.

Instrument panel
The gently curved instrument panel allows the driver to conveniently reach all the controls. In the centre is a new combined instrument featuring a large, clear black and white driver information display. 

Cab packages
There are several different cab packages to choose from. The packages contain extra equipment such as a recline bed, Volvo’s active safety systems and high-end features for the stereo. This makes for a comfortable and safe cab environment as well as high driver efficiency.

Storage

  • Two large storage compartments with roll-blind doors and six DIN compartments above windscreen
  • Five storages of different sizes under the bed. The lower outermost on each side can be accessed from both inside and outside

Overnight accommodation

  • Comfortable sleeping bunks for two people, one bottom bunk (760x2000x130/160 mm) and an upper bunk (60x190x8 cm)
  • The upper bunk is also available in a comfort variant (70x190x8 cm)
