The purpose of this Graduate Program is to give new, young co-workers a holistic view of the company and opportunities for their professional and personal growth. The program started at Volvo Aero in 1986 and has been running ever since.
Participants are expected to have:
- Completed a masters degree in engineering.
- Well developed interpersonal skills and experience in some form of leadership.
- An aptitude for learning.
More than 100 individuals have attended the program and today can be found throughout the company, both as managers and specialists.
- A drive for results and self-motivation.
- Good oral and written abilities in English and Swedish. A third language is also a merit.
- A willingness to live in or close to Trollhättan.
