Pratt & Whitney PW100

For almost two decades, Volvo Aero has been an Authorized Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC) Designated Overhaul Facility. Our maintenance facility in Trollhättan is located in close proximity to Landvetter International Airport in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Our services range from minor repair, hot section inspection, major refurbishment to full overhaul; with capabilities including PW120/A, PW121/A, PW123/B/C/D/E/AF, PW124B, PW125B, PW126/A, PW127/B/C/D/E/F.

As our customer, you will experience commitment and expertise throughout our service organization. Furthermore, you will always receive fast service in critical situations – regardless of whether it involves the fastest possible delivery of spare parts, on-wing/on-site repairs, or troubleshooting.

We can also support you with suitable rental engines when your own engine is in the shop, from our engine pool or through our extensive contact network.

In addition to our in-house services, we can provide proactive engine health care through our cooperation with PWC Designated Analysis Center DETA (Danish Engine Trend Analyzing), specialized in Engine Condition Trend Monitoring.

Volvo Aero offers a range of contractual solutions tailored to your demands: e.g. Event Cost Plan or traditional Time & Material. Many customers choose an Engine Flight Hour agreement for their PW100-fleet – a successful risk reducing strategy which implies control and predictability of maintenance costs.
