Maintenance includes all services related to planning and implementing changes to hardware and software, which has been developed by and/or is operated by Volvo IT. Maintenance is planned and handled so that business interruptions are minimized. Maintenance services extend to:

• Preventive and remedial services that physically repair or optimize hardware
• Corrective and enhancing activities to improve software functionality and performance
