In order to support the Volvo Group and Volvo Cars in migrating from a miscellaneous assortment of e-mail systems to a uniform e-mail environment with MS Exchange Outlook, Volvo IT developed an interactive tailor-made e-learning solution.
Training for both users and support teams
The e-learning helped 57,000 users learn how to use Outlook, and taught the Support staff how to provide technical and user support on the new system.
