An increasing number of Volvo IT Project Managers are Project Manager Professional (PMP) certified to verify their knowledge, experience and commitment to professional standards. By using globally established standards in knowledge, skills, tools and techniques, the Project Manager will meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.

 

Gain lead-time
Involving a Project Manager in an early stage during the initiation phase will gain lead-time and make sure that the right questions are addressed. A skilled Project Manager will provide a good platform for project success.

In house control model
Volvo IT uses in house control model PCM for internal quality and integration, managing and steering content from globally recognized development processes like RUP and ValueSAP. Project status is continuously monitored for all Volvo IT managed projects to secure customer interests.
