As early as in January, 2005, the company launched its 41-foot flybridge yacht with IPS. This pioneering spirit has paid off. Sales have grown considerably and today, the company has five models with IPS and has delivered more than 150 boats with the system to customers.
9/12/2007Volvo Penta receives large order for marine diesels from TurkeyVolvo Penta in Turkey has received an order for 20 marine gensets with 16-liter engines and five emergency power units with 7-liter engines. The engines will be installed in new, more environmentally friendly ferry boats that will be placed in service in the Bosporus and the Sea of Marmara.
